Gluten-Free in Wyoming!

We recently visited family in Wyoming and didn't have to look very far for gluten-free food! Our first stop was Casper where we visited the store: "Everything Gluten-Free". We also had a great conversation with Rock Hurless of My 2nd Kitchen - no gluten-free serving stations as yet but maybe in the future.

Spent a few days in Worland, visited the Hot Springs in Thermopolis and later got in touch with our old friend Shreve Stockton. Shreve is author of Eating Gluten Free (published by Marlowe & Company).

We were treated to a gluten-free Easter dinner by Sunday & family that included homemade cornbread, rice pasta w/shrimp and brownies. Delicious! Thanks to all the family who cooked and decorated the table and made us feel really welcome. It was a real treat to be able to eat everything served and we couldn't leave without some of Sean's brownies for the drive home!

Last stop - snowy Denver where we got together with more family at P.F Chang's and enjoyed our favorite Lemon Scallops, together with Lettuce Wraps and Shrimp in Lobster Sauce. Does everyone know that P.F Chang's is one of the few restaurants with a gluten-free menu? Be sure to request it. The food's terrific!

A great gluten-free trip! Now back to our LA kitchen ....
